About Me

I am a multi-disciplinary designer working at the intersection of jewellery, digital creation, and narrative. I graduated cum laude from Stellenbosch University (2020–2023), where I specialised in contemporary jewellery and was recognised as top of my class. My final body of work, Palimpsest of Narrative, explored the reinterpretation of antique jewellery symbolism through a contemporary lens, forming a collection rooted in history, storytelling, and material expression.

My core strength lies in ideation and conceptualisation—developing ideas into cohesive, meaningful design outcomes that connect narrative, form, and context.

Driven to expand my creative and technical skillset, I continued my studies at Think Tank Training Centre, completing a diploma focused on digital design and production. During the final six months of the programme, I was based in Vancouver, where I worked closely with industry professionals and gained insight into professional creative pipelines.

I currently work as a freelance jewellery designer and at Studio Loubser, where I am involved in both creative and administrative roles. My practice includes jewellery CAD development using Rhino 3D, allowing me to bridge traditional craftsmanship with digital precision.

Alongside my design work, I am studying narrative design, driven by an interest in storytelling, worldbuilding, and the creation of immersive concepts. I am particularly interested in developing a cohesive design language that extends across disciplines—where objects, environments, and narratives come together to form interactive, living worlds.

Photography is an integral part of my practice, serving as both documentation and creative exploration, capturing fragments of everyday life that inform my broader visual and conceptual work.
